More Bad Kitties

imageHere is a little More Bad Kitties.  Ever hopeful, Orange Boy Raja is getting ready to jump up on our roof.  Zoe, his sidekick is looking on and thinking about it.  Bad Kitties.

These guys.

Now it is Zoe’s turn to look interested in the roof.  They both love to get up there.

imageWe went to the Seattle Flower And Garden Show this week and have nary an in focus photo to show for it. So you are getting my cute kitties acting badly.  The show was great and we bought up the place with a new double Hellebore and mauve Sunday Afternoon hat.  More on the Seattle Flower And Garden Show later.

Elsewhere in my garden, the squirrels were very busy.  I finally discovered that the large nest in our tree was actually a squirrel nest when I saw this pair tending to it and hopping in and out.  In the very fuzzy picture of the nest you can actually see the shape of the squirrel standing on the branch beside it.  Not so clear is the other squirrel underneath the nest.  Oh joy!  New baby squirrels soon.

  1. I was away on a trip, recently, and somehow managed to mangle some photos as well. These things happen. Meanwhile, cats are so adept at being entertaining and bringing a smile. They’re more than welcome at “Sunlit Sunday”.

    1. Karen,

Thanks, I usually get at least some photos at the show. This time….nothing. Oh well. Next time. Had to go for Plan B.

  2. There are two cats in the neighborhood that tease and are mean to my cat but none are out in the snow. We’ve been snow covered since Christmas.

    1. Ruth,

Brrr. Sounds cold. Those bad neighbor kitties. At least with snow, not so easy to tease your cat.

    1. Bettyl,

Yes. He made it to the roof. He is always going up there and then back down at the same spot. In this case he was up there for five minutes and then immediately back down. Zoe goes up there too. A couple of weeks ago he made it to the neighbors roof and had trouble getting down. Still not sure how he did.

  3. We have the same situation here, where cats can get on the garage roof and look in the window. Our indoor only cats go crazy when they see these invaders.

    1. Pat,

Oh my! No foreign kitties climbing on our roof looking in windows…ER don’t have a second floor. But my kitties go bonkers when a foreign kitty comes into our yard and they are indoors.

  4. Cute kitties. I’ve never identified a squirrel nest in a tree before but found one in the garden shed one autumn. It was huge, and mostly leaves.

    1. Thanks for coming by and for your comment. I don’t think I would like a squirrels nest in my shed. Of course, I thinks I would like raccoons there less.

  5. Your kitties are lovely. Mine too are sometimes up to no good! Having squirrels in your garden seems so exotic to me. Ours stay far away from houses. I sometimes see some when walking in the counrtyside, but I’ve never had a chance to get a picture of them yet.

  6. Kitties can be so naughty. They are just full of mischief. I love Hellebores. Hope to see pics later. My Hellebores are still covered with snow. Thanks for sharing with Share Your Cup.
